TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. Rates are quoted nett, inclusive of 8% ST.
3. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Prior reservation is required. Subject to room availability.
5. Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Extended late check-out time may be granted upon request. Subject to room availability and charges.
6. All confirmed bookings must be in full payment at least 14 working days before check-in. All confirmed bookings made less than 14 working days must be fully paid upon confirmation or on first-come, first-served basis.
7. Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 working days prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made more than 7 working days prior to check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to check-in. (Subject to 3% Cancellation Processing fees & Bank Transfer Charges.)
8. Security deposit of RM 200 per room will be collected upon check-in. Fully refundable upon check-out unless items are broken or missing from the room.
